3-nights 4 days stay arriving on Sunday or Thursday. Travel arrangements are not included in the package.

Programme.

1. Day 1
   Arrival to the place of accommodation and check in with our professional guide, who will be explaining you the programme .
   Evening – Enjoy the traditional Veronese cuisine in a restaurant in town.
2. Day 2
   Breakfast at the place of accommodation.
   Morning – Guided tour of a cellar in Valpolicella, brief informative talk about cultivation and production methods, wine tasting with the cellar owner.
   Afternoon – "Walking trough art and flavours": Guided tour in Verona following its wine and culinary traditions along the centuries.
   Evening – Traditional cuisine interpreted by a great Chef. Restaurant dinner in Verona.
3. 3Day 3
   Breakfast at the place of accommodation.
   Morning – Wine tasting in Soave with a special focus on locally produced wines.
   Guided tour of a cellar in the Soave area, brief informative talk about about cultivation and production methods, food and wine tasting.
   Afternoon – Olives, oils and oil mills: history of a great tradition. The mountains around Verona and their products. Visit to a malga (a typical shepherd's hut) in Velo. Cheese and cold meats from the Lessinia area.
   Evening – The traditional, simple Cimbrian cuisine of the mountains.
4. Day 4
   Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Bike Tour: available on request for a minimum of 8 people. 3-hour bike tour to be taken during the free morning.

• Verona and the Valpolicella area (Departure from Parona, Castelrotto, Sant’Ambrogio, San Giorgio Ingannapoltron and the Pieve romanica – Romanesque church, Parona)

• Lake Garda Tour (pick-up from Verona and transfer to Sant’Ambrogio, Lazise, Bardolino, scenic hills, Sant’ambrogio)

• ? The Eastern province of Verona and its mountains (Departure from Verona - Montorio – Mezzane – Illasi and return to Montorio)
  Level of difficulty: medium – about 50 km

What's included in the package.

3-night accommodation including breakfast in a hotel, agriturismo (farmhouse) or Bed & Breakfast, depending on availability; guided tours listed on the programme; 3 dinners at restaurants or trattorias with tasting menu (wine and drinks are not included); mobile phone with €20 credit and special contact numbers for your enquiries – the mobile is available upon payment of a €30 deposit and has to be returned at the end of the stay.

Anything not listed in the above section. Dinners at the place of accommodation do not include drinks.
